Acacia Products specialises in the custom design and manufacture of industrial plastic components for the lighting, building and display industries. Thanks to our in-house tooling capabilities we have developed a range of custom plastic extrusions suitable for virtually any architectural application. We specialise in the manufacture of acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate and HDPE to provide our customers with custom plastic profiles made at low cost, using only the highest quality materials.

Display Lighting

We have the capacity to manufacture a wide range of tubing; from 10mm OD to 160mm. A variety of colours are available, with internal reeding as needed.

Examples of Acacia’s lighting products are can be found all over Australia. Our light diffusers, for example, can be found in all NSW, SRA, and Millenium trains, in Westfield shopping centres, and at Sydney Olympic Park.

Plastic Fabrications

Acacia supplies the plastic fabrications industry with a range of profiles including; H section, rod, square or triangular fillets, flexible hinge and F Section.

Roller Door Infills

Acacia is the market leader in the production of polycarbonate infills for use in roller and vertical concertina doors.

Daylight Roofing Infills

We have an enviable reputation for being able to produce complex and wide polycarbonate extrusions. We are proud to say that a number of well known roofing brand names are now taking advantage of Acacia’s expertise and production capabilities for their polycarbonate skylight roofing infills.

Filtration

Using High Density Polyethylene, Acacia have created a biological filtration system that delivers outstanding long term, low maintenance performance. Acacia’s Bio-Mesh filtration system is available in custom sizes and is ideal for use in wastewater treatment, trickling filters, aeration systems, aquaculture recirculation systems, aerobic and anaerobic submerged filters, oil separation systems, storm water run-off sumps and cooling towers.
